Well, I'm afraid there is not as far as I know. There are several free web hosts that allows you to send mails ( http://www.dotnetplayground.com - www.dotnetplayground.com ) but you need to have a smtp server to relay on as they use CDOSYS, ASPMail, JMail etc. I do not know if dotnetplayground accept new sign ups for the moment, but I guess you could find another.
