I changed the name of the "Forum Title Image Location" after I didn't like the one that came with a skin.  When I go into the administration of the forum, the correct name and location is shown, but randomly, while browsing my site, the old logo appears.  This is the part where you have to REALLY follow what I am explaining.  I downloaded just the Access database to my desktop.  Then I opened it with Notepad and did a search for the text of each of the 2 filenames ( web_wiz_forums.gif, and logo.gif) and both names are in the database, but when opened in Notepad, 90% is gibberish.  Is there a way to easily find out what fields each of the names is in?  I have browsed through all of the tables and can only spot one of them.

You need to use MS Access to open the database. Notepad is no good and Access don't fully delete till compact and repair is run.

The problem sounds more like a problem with application variables. Open the common.asp file and have a look through for where the variable is set to use application variables is and set tbis to false.
