I recently loaded Webwiz forums on to my site and according to the instructions I am supposed to login using Administrator / letmein password. This allows me to configure and customize the forum. Unfortunately I get the wrong username / password error. I've triple checked my spelling but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong??

Could be a corrupted file, try redownloading the zip file again and reuploading the files to your server.

Also check that cookies are working properly for your site. If you are unsure do a search for cookies on this forum as there are many posts on this issue.
