I don't think you can do it that way, but being in the UK I have to withdraw any money from my payPal account into a bank account. So you may beable to do it that way if you have a bank account.

I have a bank account, but I don't have a credit card and I'm not sure it can accept transactions from abroad (I should ask my bank about this). Also I'm not from the UK (as you can see in my profile, I'm from Israel).

Paypal takes the donators money
Your account is given credits (money)
You transfer money to any bank account of your choice

You dont need a credit card, only a bank account I think, the only person who needs a card is the donator.

Nobody ever really needs a credit card as you can remove money directly from your bank account and send it to people.

That's what I thought, but the form where I fill in the bank account details clearly says on top of the page: U.S. Bank Accounts ONLY.

I noticed a small text ad about a UK PayPal site. Is that a completely seperate site where there's a chance I could use it to withdraw money to my account in Israel?

you may want to see if a US bank - like citicorp/bank of america/jp morgan, etc. has a branch in israel.
