Ok i have set my upload folder so it is in the forum folder. I went into admin and set it up to look like this ../upload and have tried ../forum/upload and this is what it is telling me...

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Try /Upload or Upload not ../Upload

The error means that the upload component you are trying to use is NOT installed on the web server.

Check with your host as to what upload components they have installed.

If you are using a Free Host please read the notes about Upload components. Most "Free Hosts" wont provide any Upload components so make sure you check that...

K thanks i will do it is my web server so i did install it but I now have server 2003 and i am lost to how somthinhs work. Will see :)
