In my old forum (Snitz) my users could disable the view of signature in posts...is it possibile also with WebWiz?

yes you can set a preferance in the settings area,

and

when posting you can change the setting if you want.

I think he is referring to disabling signatures so you can not see other people signatures. vBulletin allows you to disable signatures and avatars which can greatly speed up your forum experience, but WWF does not allow this.
