In Netscape Navigator 7.0 or higher versions the Colour Palette doesn't work correct.

i have just tried the palette, in netscape 7.1. i get more colours than thaat but looks like a few are cut off at the bottom. |

The colour palette was designed more for Mozilla (which is what
Netscape use for the version 7 browser) as Mozilla is my primary
browser so there shouldn't be a problem. It's been fully tested in Netscape 7.1 so the only thing I can guess is some strange clitch in your browser.
