I have a little problem, i know there is a way to get the latest "update" from server when you got in ex on the forum.

Like it is right now i have to update every time I get in to my forum to see if there are any new posts or how many that are logged in on my forum. IŽll just forget what to type in the to on the page!

Control + F5 to force it to redownload the information

Also check the frequency of refresh settings your browser is set to.

Also You can use this simp0le way :
only add a Question Mark At end Of URL. by this Server never read from cache because of cache servers System Define.like this :
http://www.tacpp.com/default.asp - http://www.tacpp.com/default.asp ?
