I keep getting

An Error has occured while attempting to download a file.

Direct download links of Web Wiz Guide products and applications are not permitted.

when I try to download (from UK & US sites). I have a Norton firewall, but turned it off and it makes no difference

I also have a (registerred) old copy of WebWiz forum which I was planning to ditch and replace with the latest one - could that be causing the problem?

Otherwise - I could order the CD version but I'm guessing the old database won't work with version 7.8

Are you having a problem downloading or using the application?

I can't download even with Norton switched off I get

OK - Ignore all that, even though I turned Norton off on my PC, I'm connected through a server where someone has installed a firewall without telling me
