When I login as admin, and go to change user name. After I type the existing user name but leave the new user name nothing, and click change user name, it has an error message saying:

Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80040E21)
Field 'tblAuthor.Username' cannot be a zero-length string.

There should be javascript to prevent you from submitting the form unless all fields are field in.

Make sure you have javascript enabled in your browser.

If you still get the error then it could be a corrupted file (FAQ number 1 in forum docs!!!), so try re-uploading the files.
