Hi All,

I just installed WWF on my site and while testing it before releasing it, I've found that if the width of the page can grow way too far under certian circumstances...

I first noticed it when my sister posted a test topic... she uses snitz on all her sites and I guess that snitz doesn't have animated emoticons... that really impressed her, key word here is "her"(no offense, but she is my sister)...  so she put a whole row of winking smilies like this, but longer:

Her only obversation was that they dont' blink in sync...  What I noticed, though is that it grew the width of the forum so far that it made everything else look bad or harder to use.

So, my main question here is... is there a way to put a hard limit on the width of the forum?

Thanks,

There is one already of 60 characters.

This works in 98% of cases but sometimes on things that use HTML, like images, smilies, HTML, tables, etc. it not so easy to spot and put in a break.

As you can guess it's quite a complex task spotting where to split a string, without messing up any formatting, HTML, links, image links, etc. in the post.

So the only options is, A. Have a go at writting more complex code that can spot where to split the line better, or B. Live with the 2% of long width posts that it can't split correctly and just edit those posts by hand.
