Hi! Could you tell me what the timeout time for editing ones owns topics is, and if I can change that in anyway? It's inconvient not to know when the time expires. Has it anyting to do with a session or being logged on? Thanks. And thanks for a brilliant forum. There are some minor weaknesses like not an outbox in my version (6.34) and not being able to preview ones own topic if it is inside another thread, but compared to what the forum gives (and gives and gives) they are small. Thanks a lot.

the edit post limit only applies to non admin and moderators... and is set to 20 minutes... this can be changed in the common.asp file found in the forum root folder.... in regards to an out box.. v7 will have a built in out box |
