Hi,

My web site is located in a time zone -5 hrs from my current location. I have set the time off-set for Guests to -5 hrs so that when any one that wants to look around and check out the forum section of my web site the current time will be shown. But this is not what is happening. The time is still wrong. I even tried different time off-sets to see if it would work and it didn't. I even changed the LCID to see if that would help, but to no avail. I looked through your forum to find an answer but I have not found the answer I need to fix this problem. Can someone help me out?

Time off-set will only work for those users that have registered, they will need to set the time off-set themseves from their profile.
