The report post function is not working at my site http://homeopathyforums.hpathy.com/ - Homeopathy 4 Everyone . When somebody clicks on the report button, the report form comes us but on submitting it shows 500.100 error. I have tried reloading the concerned files but to no avail. Can somebody help?

If you turn off friendly HTTP error messages in IE you get the following error on the page you mention:-

error '8004020f'

/functions/functions_send_mail.asp, line 90

This is to do with your email settings. Possibly your email address or one of your moderators email addresses is not correctly formatted.

There is something wrong with your email settup for your forum.

Make sure your email settings in the admin area are correct, if the problem persists then you will need to disable the email functions of your forum.

Hi Muskan,

I am experiencing something similar. What exactly did you switch on?

Hmmmm, similar problems here.  Is there any way to find out which address is causing the error to be thrown?

I'm sorry to double post here but I just learned that my error is slightly different.

error '8004020f'

/forums/functions/functions_send_mail.asp, line 136

Which corresponds with this line in the code:

 'Send the e-mail
If NOT strOutgoingMailServer = "" Then .Send End with

I was able to fix my issue with the instructions on the following post:
http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=11388&KW=send%5Fmail&TPN=1 - http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=11 388&KW=send%5Fmail&TPN=1

Now, my current problem is that Comcast e-mail addresses are being formatted improperly.

For example:
mailto:JoeSchmo@Comcast.net - JoeSchmo@Comcast.net  is being turned into mailto:JoeSchmo@comcast.net - JoeSchmo@comcast.net
