i dont mean to sound bad here but could it be possible for the admins to edit poll results any way they see fit???

Yes, you can edit the database manually or write a query that does what you want every time you run it.

2nd option would be better but u got any code on how to go about that?

You can do something like this:
UPDATE tblPollChoice SET votes = votes+1
WHERE choice_id=(choose the number of the poll you want to update);


You can add more than one of course, e.g. SET votes = votes+10
