In Admin Menu, there's a Membership Admin Link....There are members, but I don't have an option to delete them...The option is BLACK...

There isn't ment to be an option on that page to delete. Deleting members can course other problems in the forum so it is recommended that you make the users account un-active instead. The delete option is on the users profile page at the bottom when logged in as the main admin account.
