I have the v7.9 installed on my home server to test it out, but currently haven't been able to use the forum due to it taking so long to load. It loads the first part of the page, then once it gets to around 38%, it stops. This has happened to all the pages I try to load.

I dunno if it is my home server or the scripts them selves. I have not edited them at all but other pages on my server load up, just not this forum. The last version I had - 7.7a - loaded fine with no faults, but this new one seems to have a little problem.

Cheers for the help!

There are only a few pages changed between version 7.7 and 7.9 and nothing that would effect the performance of webwizforums.

Try compacting and repairing your access database to see if that speeds things up.

Hmm, doesn't seem to work.

I think it may be IIS 5.1 (WinXP Pro) that is the problem. Time to re-install it (can I get a newer version from the Microsoft site?).

Cheers any way man!

Ahh, no.

Don't worry now, I've figured the problem out. Seems as if my firewall (ZoneAlarm Pro), disallowed a program to act as a server. All is good!

Cheers!
