everyday exactlty at 3:43 pm and 6:43pm one laptop would weridly hang and stop responding..the program continues to work but the keyboard and touchpad wont respone.. if i plug in a usb mouse it would be recocnised and would let me move the cursor.. this happen everyday at the exact same time and there is no proablity of virus bcuz it happened even after reformating the computer.

thats werid bcuz i think is hjas got something to do with bios clock or something...

any suggestions...its a hp omni book p3 1.06ghz mobile cpu

lol - we had a server that went down every morning between 6:30-7:00 am. One of the guys watched it for 3 days before he realized it was going down just as the coffee machine was being turned on - put it on another circuit and the problem went away.

You may want to look at task scheduler, anti-virus auto-updates, dialer logs, and power saving settings.

i happends in every electrincal circuit at any locations.. i checked all logs and stuff.. nothing useful there.. there is nothing in task sheduler either.. i reformatted the laptop even..

try, lets say at 5:00 pm to set the clock to 3:42, and watch if it happens EVERY time or what.

did that...the actual time was 1:30 am.. i set the computer clocked to 3:40 pm.. rebooted and watched...@ 3:43pm exact it crashed... thats amusingly funny

check the bios, some can have a bootdown and specific times...
