Run both adaware and spybot. One picks up things the other doesn't.

take out your shotgun, trace the source of the spyware, and go shoot the bastard(s) who made it!

I have heard a lot of good stuff about AD-Aware and SpyBot, but never tried them.. might be worth a try though

Spyware used to be like Vampires - you had to let them in before they could start sucking your blood.

Lately though, there's stuff that you can get just by visiting a web page constructed certain way. Make sure you get the MS security updates released over the past 6-8 weeks.

It scanned my PC, it said it recognized ~20 files, it removed them.. while my PC is still infected

That's why you have to use more than one spyware removal tool. Also helps to run them more than once.

Did a google for search-all-fast and came up with some stuff. You may want to check out these links

EDIT: Apparently this is one of the nastier ones. The grkiy.dll is a random name.

I will install all these programs....

http://www.download.com/3150-8022-0.html?tag=txt - http://www.download.com/3150-8022-0.html?tag=txt

They must sue the companies which advertise through adware programs, as it is illegal for companies to SPAM.. it is illegal to advertise by this way....

It still exists...

although i discovered the name of the files that infected my system causing the change of the Default Home and Search Pages (netlf.exe, addan32.exe), i think this problem is solved after stopping these services and deleting the files (hope they are not generated again)... but the popups and smart tags problems still exist.

A program called Spy Sweeper by Webroot is the best till now.
