you can also do it programmatically using the conponent aspjpeg. -------------

If you download the trial ersion, it comes with a manual. The featue you want is image-in-image. Not a true watermark, but you can overlay an image with the image of your web site address. -------------

The company I work for is about to release an English version of some imaging software that can do it for free. But it is image on image... (Would have been released long ago, but the developers are busy.)
