Why? Get a hint?

Sorry can't tell what could be the problem from what you have posted.

Really need more detail like what happens when an email is entered?
Do you get an error message? (turn off Friendly HTTP errors in IE first)
Have you tried re-uploading the files?

I can't read Chineese but as the file giving the error is the file that sends emails then the problem will be in your email settings in the admin area.

Check that your email settings are correct or disable the email functions of your forum.

    I saw this:

Quote Check with your web host that your web space is running on Windows NT4, 2000, 2003 operating system, with IIS 4+ and is ASP enabled.

I wonder is it still OK with Windows XP, of course with ASP enabled?

Would you care to try to test the following forum? I will soon destroy it if I have learn how to use it. It is now in English.

The error as I said in my last email is in your settings for your email settings.

Possiably your SMTP server address for CDOSYS setup in the admin area is incorrect.

The present version will not work with a localhost SMTP server is you are using CDOSYS, you need to put in a network SMTP server address.

Alternativly you could install one of the other supported email components on the server.

I have spent a lot of time in doing SMTP, and still failed.

I don't know how to make SMTP works in IIS.

The present version of the forum will not work with a localhost SMTP server when using CDOSYS.

If you want the forum to work with a local SMTP server maybe look at installing CDONTS on the server.
