I mistakenly deleted a forum topic. Did I lose all of the posts that were in that topic? I s there any way to get them back?

Unless you have full access to the server and have the correct specialist software it's all lost.

If you just deleted A forum topic meaning one topic and not the messages you can just insert it again using identity insert. otherwise to a restore of your most recent backup.
