If I am switching servers, and it does not support ASP, and I want to switch to different forums, like Ikonboard, or any other one, is it possible to transfer all your members(info,avatar,etc) and all the posts(topics,forums,posts)

You would have to ask at the board you are switching to, but most forums you can not switch between.
