Hi, I'm having a problem suspending users. Every time a set an user as "non-active", somehow he/she manages to be back a few moments later - and one of this users even wrote to me saying "How come I'm able to post new messages if I'm suspended for a week? How can I do that?", meaning "he/she" was not responsible for that. What could be happening? |

have you added any MOD's to the forum, or edited it in anyway and have you tested this with a test account? |

Moderators and otyer forums admins have the ability of un-suspending accounts.

Borg, no, I haven't added any MODS and I surely didn't edit the forum (I wouldn't even know how...). And I have 3 moderators I trust - and, as matter of fact, they were the ones who brought the problem to my attention in the first place... So... What could be happening? |

Try upgrading to the latest version and see if that solves your problem.
