i'm using v7.5

and im not trying to send email! i get this error when im posting, all the time.

but the message is sent

try turning off the Email Notify/Send Post with E-mail Notification

If email notification is enabled then an email will be sent when you make a post.

Your email settings are incorrectly setup in the admin area, you need to either change the email component you are using to one that is installed on the web server by your web hosts, or disable email features altogether.

Go to the admin area and under the Email settings and configuration page disable all the email features listed.
