Hi there,

I'm using the forum sinds feb. 2004 without any problems. My provider re-installed the the webserver and now i've got some major problems with the forum.

Some posts from before the re-install seems to give a error:
(example: http://www.mopar.nl/forum_posts.asp?TID=371&PN=1 - http://www.mopar.nl/forum_posts.asp?TID=371&PN=1 )

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'dtmDate'

/functions/functions_date_time_format.asp, line 156

You can't open any old topics anymore without getting this error. New topics work perfect.

already tryed Session.LCID, but that didn't make a difference

Can anyone please help me, or tell me what's wrong on the webserver, so i can call my provider?

Thanks alot for you help!

ps: i payed for the forum, i love it!!

Your host probably set a different date/time format now on the webserver, either have him change it to how it was or, well look at the tables, and compare a new post to an old post, you could update all old dates to the new one with a simple query.

Seems to be sorted now - no error on that post. I like the Jade's Avatar there - reminds me of someone - lol.

Hi,

I'm getting the exact same error :

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: 'dtmDate'

/forum/functions/functions_date_time_format.asp, line 156 ,

I have tried the LCID and i have also checked my db foor a different date time setting. But al that is not the case.

The problems started when i migrated the forum from a pure windows server to a linux server with asp support.

Can anyone tell me if and what this linux server does to mess up my forum?

thnx

*nix implementations of asp are kind of half-assed at best. They seem to leave a few things out. Don't think you'll find much help as a lot depends upon the asp emulator being used, the system level code used to connect to mssql,  and the particular distro of linux.

i get the same error in DTMDATE in v 7.6 for Access...

I have to set LCID in a UK version =1033 ....in this way all run perfectly, except for Active Topics....where i have to search only for YESTERDAY....don't run for example LAST 15 Minutes, etc.etc.

If i set my LCID var to ITALIAN =1040 , the Active Topics run, but i have dtmdate error visualising posts....

The problem born after to have transferred my site from USA server to ITALIAN server...

How can i do ?
