Subject: Flash Video Kit not loading

i recently downloaded the Flash Video Kit deal and uploaded the default flv movie with a default html file to my server, but the page loads blank and nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem or know what's wrong?

Plays for me. Put your mouse over the black picture thn click the play arrow.

I have the same problem with the blank page. but when I look at the link you provided, I can see a perfect video with controls! What did you do to get there?
