Seeing this on registration of some users in both the access & sql versions.
Only seems to throw it when linking to an extrernal avitar and then not consistantly. Any ideas other than... On error resume next :-)

Either you have a corrupted file or you have done and update from a previous version and have not updated all the files.

Try reuploading all the files again from the latest version.
