I am concerned because I read the following article at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;191572&Product=ado - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;1915 72&Product=ado . I really need to be able to use recordset. I decided to set both the ConnectionString to nothing and recordset to nothing at the end of the web page. Will this solve thr problem with Implicit Connection?

I always use the explicite connection type, setting the connection and opening it.  I find the code easier to follow later.

When done with the db, I close the connection and set the object to nothing.  This approach definitely returns the connection to the pool as stated in the MS article you quote.
