Hi All 
Here's my dilema , I have a basic website set up on the ntlworld servers that are using Apache/1.3.26 Server. Will i not be able to host the forums software on this ? I have no idea about access or any other database apps , so please regard me as a total newbie ! 
I have uploaded the forum folder to my webspace & kept it as stated in its original form . Any help gratefully appreciated . CiBi |

You will not be able to run the forum on those servers. As stated in the System Requirements you must have IIS which is the Microsoft Internet Information Server, installed. Apache is a different technology and by default cannot run asp pages. Even though there are plugins for Apache, they have proven to not run all code 100% thus I don't think any ISP free Webspace would offer that.
