any time i try to access with administrator-letmein , it gives me :

sorry only users with sufficient permission can access ... or similar

never used it

hw can solve it ?

Check that you have cookies enabled on your web browser and that you site can correctly set and read back in cookies.

IP masking, domain forwording, frames, etc. can prevent cookies being set correctly.
