Hi!
firts of all i'm sorry because of my bad english...

I've got the old problem: "Cookies"

1) I deleted all cookies (I'm using Windows XP)

2)I tried other web browsers (Opra , Netscape , ...)

3) I tried other operating systems (Win98 , Linux ,...)
4) I reuploaded all forum files (for 5 times)
5) I used other forums ... (Lite , 7.9 , 7.7 , ...)

But I still have the same problem:

The problem is down to the way you connect to your site.

Because of the part added to the end of your domain name 'dastebil.com%5Fnon%5Fssl' it prevents your site from setting and reading back in cookies correctly.

I put the forum on "dastebil.com" but it still doesn't work.

I gave you the domain "dastebil.com%5Fnon%5Fssl" because i pu the english version of 7.7 on it.

For some reason due to the way you are connecting to your site it is not correctly setting cookies.

I am having the same problem. Is it possible to disable the setting of cookies by the Forum? I have the domain:

http://www.commandofans.com - www.commandofans.com

But, it forwards to another server where my site is located on a subdomain (i.e. http://www.abc.com/commandofans/ - www.abc.com/commandofans/ ). It's not possible for me to place the "Forums" directory in the root folder. Is there anything I can do so the forums will work?

You missed what I said.

I had a look at your site and found that cookies are not correctly set by your site, due to the way your site is connected to (by everyone NOT just you).

Things that prevent cookies from being correctly set include IP masking, domain forwarding, domain masking, etc.

The login problem is quite common with forums that use cookies, it's actually an bug with IE.

IE has a bug where it's cookie index becomes easily corrupted, the only solution it to first delete all cached Internet files in IE, then after delete all cached cookies, this will reset IE's cookie cache.

To prevent this happening again, use a better browser like Firefox.
