I get this error message:

Security Exception

Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file.

and seeing as support isn't replying I was wondering if it is possible to change the trust level in the web.config file?

Nope, it has to be done on the server control panel by an administrator

But what is the application trying to do that needs more permission? 99% of .net applications don't need you to change the security level and they can access the file system, network, registry, win32 api etc. so if your app needs a higher level I would think twice about installing it
