I have a member who was not able to login to his original username so he created a new Member in order to post.

I have now fixed his original username problem and would like to reassign his recent posts (posted with the new, bogus username) to his original username.

How do I do this?

you will have to open the DB, and change the Author_ID of the temp user to his orginal one.

you will have to change the Author_ID in the forum topics table and forum threads table/posts table.
