Anyone know how to auto back up files at times during the day?

look on msdn, ms backup command line articles, parameters, schedled tasks etc.

Check you display properties in windows. If your video card has tv-out capability it'll be indicated there .

ohh u can run the windows backup utility.. go in advanced mode and define a schedule for the backup to run automatically.
