First you need a TV that has the current input or a video card that has a regular cable output. Try doing a search on Google. I'm sure there are loads of stuff on the subject.

all you need is S-Video cable for laptop/graphic cards and a skart on the other side to put into the tv/ view

i have it on my computer system connected to my projector. and tv

the TV-out usually looks like a scull with one rectangular hole and four regular circlepin-holes..

If you have it, you just connect the TV to the port and it will most likely be detected automatically if you have the correct drivers installed, if not, just go to display properties and you will find what you need there

SVHS is Video only, you need to hook up line out to your tv's sound in called a Y-Audio Cable.
