I have one forum user who is having problems with the dundas upload component. He continually receives the following error message:

Dundas.Upload.2 error '80004005'
Unknown GetItemHeader error.
/functions/functions_upload.asp, line 188

No other user report similar occurances.

As this error is returned by the Dundas upload component, it's probably worth checking out the Dundas site as to what this error means.
