Subject: Info I need to collect

I am creating a small app as part of a larger project. The app is to collect details about a error on a page eg missing image. What details about the users system etc would i need to collect for it to be comprehensive. So far i am collecting info on OS, browser type/version, javascript enabled and cookies enabled. Anything else needed?

The page they were on before the error occured
Time of occurance so you can match it with system events
Any submitted data

the level of user skils and the speed of connections
 
some pages load partially or without images on slow connection but noobs think the problem is form the website
 
and the last question should be "are you a noob"

the country of the user, use any IP2country converter.

also the local time of the user.
 
you can also check for the plugins installed like flash or so on.
