I have:

Spellbound - Spellchecker
User agent switcher - for pages that block mozilla even though they work fine
IEview- for pages that don't work properly in mozilla
adblock - a far better adblocker than the one that is bundled with firefox. blocks swf,jpg,gif ads etc.

Web Developer - I couldn't live without it when developing web pages especially javascript and dealing with cookies
Javascript Debugger
