thats does take a while (23 secs)... or you on a shared host, also is there far between SQL server and WEB server.. 2nd is ussully the case check with your host on the distance (connections) between SQL and web servers. who is your web host? |

The faster the network, and shorter the distance between your web sever and MS SQL Server, the faster your forum will run. This is what is probably coursing the slowness.
