you are running this on a Windows server with MSSQL version on a MSSQL server?

because php and MySQL aren't required 100%.

this is asp coded and uses MS SQL server or MS Access databases.

do you have windows 2000 or windows 2003 server or using windows XP Pro?

also you need to be using IIS on the server.

are you actively hosting the websites or are you with a host.

have you got a link to a host or your domain to help make sure its ok.

Web Wiz Forums will not run with mySQL.

Web Wiz Forums requires a Windows web server running IIS (which you have), with ASP enabled from the IIS manager.

And for the database backend, you need either Access or better still MS SQL Server 2000.

Having your server return a detailed error message, instead of, "An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact Redexe@charter.net.", will help track down any debugging problems you have.

your email settingas aren't correct, make sure you are using a component that is on the web server and the server settings are correct throughout the email configure page.
