I have an individual who is using Quattro Pro from WordPerfect Office
11. They are inserting dates using Ctrl+D, when they do so it inserts a
date in the format of MM/DD. Does anyone know if there is a way to make
it so that when one presses Ctrl+D it makes the date in the format of:
MM/DD/YY? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend you try options/settings/customise or search the help and try 'keyboard shortcuts'

Thanks for the suggestions, but no go on the first one. Spent around an
hour working on that with no success. Have tried just about everything
under the settings menu (as well as everywhere else I could think of).
On the second, spent quite a bit of time in the help already...As I
type this I am searching for your recommended keywords as I didn't use
them before....mmmm...that brought up the same stuff. :-( Thanks
anyways. Another other suggestions folks? I couldn't find any
specifically Corel message boards so I figured this was my next best
bet. This is actually for my job, and I spent around an hour on it with
occasional input from two other of the guys who work for our IT Dept.
and none of us where able to get it to work.

Try sending an email to Corel, I'm sure they would be happy to help you out.

Thanks for all your help guys. One of my co-workers figured it out. It
seems Corel 11 is a little weird in this way, but the only way we could
find to get a full date was to set it to Windows System Default instead
of any of the Corel ones which all shrunk it down to two (even though
showing all four parts, e.g. MM-DD instead of MM-DD-YY).
