I have facing a problem.

My friend has sent me a Excel sheet. When insert a new sheet in the excel file and try to rename, it automatically inserts the name of the file before the name of the sheet, and if I try to remove it, excel does not allow me to change the name.

Please advise how I can overcome this problem.
