I'm too lazy to set up an affiliate program to earn money off making a plug for Safari Informit, so I'll just do it b/c I think you'll find it useful. I'd also be interested to know if anyone is currently using it. I am. :-)
Anyways, safari.informit.com is pretty cool. They have an online library of around 1,300 technical books. You can subscribe for $10.00/mo. and read 5 books per mo. Its kind of like Netflix, except for books - and there is no wait, they are instanteous. I am currently reading Running Linux, Upgrading and Maintaining PC's, and Teach Yourself Java 2 in 21 Days. I have on my bookshelf but haven't begun Teach Yourself ASP.NET in 21 Days.
I think they also give discounts on books they have available in their online library, but you might to have their super account for that. Anyways, thought it might be useful. Let me know if you have used it/do use it or know of something else better...I'd like to get either my IT Dept. or Library to purchase it sometime soon so I don't have to.
