Well about a month ago, our web host was hacked, and our v.7 forum was one of the sites attacked.  They targeted the index file, which lost all of our settings we had customized to the site.  To get back up and running quickly I uploaded the newest version and pointed it at our previous database.  That got it running with the previous threads and accounts, but not without problems.  Our forum doesnt recognize the admin login anymore, we still have web wiz forum tags all over, and we no longer have our custom header and footer tags anymore.  The latter of those concerns isnt huge to us right now.  The biggest concern is the admin controls.  Is there a new index file or a way to ftp the original v.7 files so I can restore what was written over by the hacker?  After that I will focus on restoring the looks and getting the web wiz tags removed again.  Help?

do you have a back up of the main page as the other files are working. also regarding admin username/password, open/download the database and enter the default values for the default admin account details.

getting the details from a blank access Database or looking in the MSSQL_server_Setup.asp file.

Actually, I just got the admin issue resolved.  I had to redirect the admin common.asp.  So I have my admin features with the new forum.  That also let me refresh the web wiz tags being removed, so thats resolved as well.  Now I just need to decide if I want to restore the original index files for the original forum, or revise the new forum to fit.  But to answer your question, no I dont have a backup of the forums original files.  Thought I did, but did not afterall.
