I would like to purchase Microsoft Visual Studio .Net. I have looked at amazon.com. I was wondering if anyone knows of any stores that sell this software cheaper. Which version do you recommend? Can someone please tell me the difference between the special version and regular version?  I saw the following information on amazon.com:

Which edition you need depends on what you want to do with it, if you are only going to use Visual Basic.NET and you don't need any application test tools I would go for Microsoft Visual Basic.NET 2003 (or Microsoft C#.NET 2003 if you  prefer C#)
