I have XP SP 1 and am trying to install IIS--but keeps looking for default.asp, query.asp and I don't have those files on my XP cd.
How can I install??

The should be part of the iis install. Check in C:/inetpub/wwwroot You also need xp-pro, not xp-home. -------------

Is this a pirate copy of windows? A friend of mine (no names - no lawsuits) has a pirate copy which has some files missing which IIS cannot function without |
