hi
i am new in the area, adn i have two easy questions for you:
"Once the your Web Wiz Forums is up and running you can administer and set up your forum by logging in through the forums login page".
Which page is it?
i use "web_wiz_forums_access2000_v7[1].9"
do i have to upload it all or only the "forum" directory?

thanks, Kfir

please read the forum documentation that comes with the forum.

you only need to upload the forum folder, you administrate the forums system from the admin area, which is accessable from the main forum when logged in as an administrator.

i read the forum documentation and quote "Once the your Web Wiz Forums is up and running you can administer and set up your forum by logging in through the forums login page".
which page is the entry page?
i uploaded the "forum" folder and tried to access several asp pages. which page is the forum page - under which folder (forum or forum\admin ...)?
i know that the server i use supports access database - i tried another forum system before and it worked (the problem was that it did not support the Heberw language...).
thanks for the help !!!

Kfir

Using your web browser go to the file 'default.asp' found in the forum directory.

Once the page have loaded in your web browser click the link at the top of the page to login, just like on this forum.

Once you login as the forum admin a new link will appear at the top of the page called 'admin', clicking this link will take you to the online setup and administration page.

Also check with your host that your site is hosted on a Windows web server with ASP and Access support. Support for Access isn't enough to run the forum software.
