I am making a photo gallery and right now my thumbnails are just forced down to size with HTML. I want to resize them with java or ASP if it’s possible.

Dose anyone have any ideas. Here is the link. http://www.cybercpu.net/case - http://www.CyberCPU.net/case You can see how slow it loads; this is why I want to make thumbnails. I want the thumbnails to be automatic so when users add new photos of there computer cases it will make the first one a thumbnail and save it in a special directory.

Thanks in advance for any help. Or at least lead me in the right direction for info on how to do this. I have seen it done before but when ever I find a site that is doing it either they have no idea what I am talking about or they do not want to share there secret.

do you have .NET available on your server?

Because that can "natively" do it (read: needs no additional components)

Classic ASP does not have anything built in that can handle it, as it would take a component to do the action

"The skins where a cool touch I think. I got sick of looking at the same things all the time so I gave it some flavor. I make new ones ever so often when I have nothing else to do."

"I am not runing Windows .NET server but my live server had support for ASP.NET. do you know of any doc's that talk about what i am looking to do. "
