i get a fault with active topics

error '80004005'

Unspecified error

/funforum/active_topics.asp, line 268

Is This is my fault

Iam Using Forum Beta 4

And a Acces DB !!!

Please Help me

For some reason becuase of the setup of the server this page doesn't work on some servers and gives this datasbase error. I guess your site is on one of these servers.

I've looked at the code again on teh page try changing line 260 to 263 of the active_topics.asp page to the following:-

strSQL = "SELECT " & strDbTable & "Forum.Forum_name, " & strDbTable & "Forum.Password, " & strDbTable & "Forum.Forum_code, " & strDbTable & "Forum.[Read], " & strDbTable & "Topic.* "

strSQL = strSQL & "WHERE ((" & strDbTable & "Category.Cat_ID = " & strDbTable & "Forum.Cat_ID AND " & strDbTable & "Forum.Forum_ID = " & strDbTable & "Topic.Forum_ID) AND (" & strDbTable & "Forum.[Read] = True) AND (" & strDbTable & "Topic.Last_entry_date > " & strDatabaseDateFunction & " - " & dblActiveFrom & "))"
